The Basic Twin Room was decent but a bit dark, which made it feel less inviting. The beds were comfortable, though, and the room was kept clean. I loved the decor—it really captures that Ottoman vibe. It would've been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room instead of having to head to reception. Overall, it had character but could use a bit of brightness!

We enjoyed our stay, especially the kids who loved the renovated hamam. It was easy to explore the beautiful old town, and we appreciated the clean room. The breakfast had unique local foods, making our mornings delightful.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could be more varied for families with children.

Historic hamam experience, Cultural architectural design, Luxurious spa treatments
Ground floor rooms suffer from poor lighting and street noise!!! Inconsistent water supply in bathrooms can lead to uncomfortable experiences!!! A clearer communication on spa treatment costs would enhance the overall stay!!!
